Mewtwo is a great Pokemon to have in your deck, these days. There's several strategies you can use with it.
First of all, we need to know the attacks the Mewtwo have. To the left, we have Mewtwo EX from BW-Legendary Treasures. This Pokemon's X Ball attack, which is Energy-related. Also, it has the Psydrive attack, which is a powerful hit for an Energy loss.
Next to it, we have Mega Mewtwo. Its Vanishing Strike attack is a powerful base hit, but having a Stadium card is where it gets good. 150+50 for a stadium, for the 200 no matter what, is a destructive way to counter many opponents.
In the center, we have the other Mega Mewtwo, which is like a build on X Ball. For the same cost, this attack does 10 base damage itself, but does 30 damage for each Energy instead of 20 for a base damage of 70. Both attacks go for both Active Pokemon, including itself. Though this Mega's attack isn't affected by Weakness, Weakness might not matter as much!
To the right of that, we have Mewtwo EX. This one has the incredible Photon Wave attack, which does a weak 30 damage but blocks off 30 damage during your opponent's next turn. With power like this, Psyburn could do a crazy amount of damage after Photon Wave weakens the opposing Active Pokemon, while Psyburn does 120 damage! In 5 Photon Waves and a Psyburn, Mewtwo could Knock Out an Ancient Origins Metagross!
This last one does little damage with the Shatter Shot attack, but the big part is Damage Change. If Mewtwo's taken lots of damage, and the opponent took few, Damage Change could turn the tides in your favor in seconds! Shatter shot could Knock Out those pesky weak Pokemon like Magikarp and Nincada, yet Damage change could turn the tides against those huge opponents, like Mega Tyranitar.
Overall, these Mewtwo are incredibly powerful, and are great to put in decks! Make your own strategies, and blow your opponents down with the 3 Mewtwo EX and 2 Mega Mewtwo!!!
